Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It also uses no local storage, no session storage and no browser database. Nothing it puts on your device survives you closing the tab, because it puts nothing there in the first place.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist so a site can ask permission before storing or reading something on your device that is not strictly necessary. This site does neither, so there is nothing to ask about. Showing a banner anyway would imply the site tracks you and is politely asking — which would be false, and more misleading than the silence.
Check it yourself
You do not have to believe this page. In Chrome, Edge or Firefox, press F12, open the Application tab (Storage in Firefox), and look under Cookies, Local Storage and Session Storage for this domain. They are empty. The site's entire source is also public in the repository — there are no build steps and no bundled dependencies, so what is in the repository is exactly what runs in your browser.
The embedded demos are a separate context
The home page embeds two of my own projects in iframes: a fluid simulation hosted
on GitHub Pages, and a text classifier hosted on Render. Those are separate origins, and
anything they store would be stored under their own names, not this site's.
Neither is an advertising or analytics service, and both are set to load lazily — your browser does not contact them at all unless you scroll far enough for them to appear. The privacy page describes what those connections involve.
Your host and your browser
GitHub serves this site and, like any web host, logs the requests it receives. That is server logging rather than anything stored on your device, and it happens whether or not a site uses cookies.
If that changes
If this site ever needs a cookie — to remember a theme preference, say — this page will say so, the change will be visible in the repository's history, and anything beyond what is strictly necessary will ask first.
