This is a notice rather than a contract. Reading a portfolio does not sign you up to anything, and a page claiming otherwise would be asserting an agreement you never made. What follows is simply what you may do with the material here, and what it does and does not promise.
Nothing is for sale
This site sells nothing, takes no payments, has no accounts and runs no transactions. There is therefore nothing to refund, and no refund policy — a refund policy here would describe a commercial relationship that does not exist. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Copyright
The writing, design, diagrams, photographs and page code on this site are © 2026 Abhineeth Duddela. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it with attribution. Republishing a whole page or passing the writing off as your own is not something I am granting permission for.
The software projects this site describes live in their own repositories and carry their own licences — several are MIT, which is far more permissive than this page. Where a project has a licence file, that licence governs that project's code, not this notice.
The typefaces (Instrument Serif, Space Grotesk, JetBrains Mono) are used under the SIL Open Font License, which permits serving them from this site.
The live demos come with no warranty
Several panels run real code in your browser, or call a small service of mine, and show what it produces: a Raft cluster surviving induced faults, an HNSW index answering queries, a classifier scoring a sentence. They are illustrations of how those systems behave, not products and not advice.
They can be wrong. They can be offline. A model prediction shown on this site is the output of a small research model trained for a school project, and should not be relied on for any real decision — least of all a decision about an actual emergency. Everything here is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and I am not liable for anything that follows from relying on it.
Measurements and claims
Figures quoted on this site — accuracy numbers, rankings, benchmark results — describe particular runs under particular conditions, and each is attributed to the project or organisation it came from. Where a number is self-reported it is labelled as such. If you think something here is overstated or out of date, tell me and I will correct it.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, journals and other organisations are provided because they are relevant. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for what they contain or do.

Which law applies
I am based in Texas, United States, and this notice is written with that in mind. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.
